Bond Sterling Prince was born out of passion for the real estate investment industry. We have a simple mission – Connect the most talented people to ambitious and successful real estate investment firms in the U.S. As a business we are relentless in our pursuit of this goal.
As I enter my 16th year in the recruitment industry, I have seen many changes and cycles. There will be good years, and there will be lean years, but delivering a world-class service is non-negotiable regardless of market conditions.
As recruiters we have become far too transactional, and this is something we aim to change. We’re here to advise and help all year round whether you are hiring or not.
Our values as a business are all about relationships and open and honest communication. Whilst our values may be old-fashioned, our search methodology is far from it.
While the world pushes towards using AI in recruitment, we are choosing to take a different route – Thorough searches and a deep understanding of our clients' needs coupled with hard work and an unrelenting will to deliver. We believe this gives us the edge over any AI-powered search.
I’m proud to say that all of our searches are carried out in-house by our teams in New York and London without the use of AI or bots.
Our goal is to become the go-to Headhunter for the U.S. real estate investment space, offering both value and an unrivaled relationship-driven service.
Our long-term goal is to be a legacy business and make our mark on the future of U.S Real Estate Investment space.
