Bond Sterling Prince was born out of a passion for the real estate investment industry. Our focus is clear: we work exclusively with boutique and mid-sized real estate investment firms across the United States.
I believe these businesses deserve the same depth of search and access to exceptional talent as the largest investment houses. Our purpose is to make that level of headhunting accessible, with every search built around the individual firm and its ambitions.
As I enter my 17th year in recruitment, I have worked through different markets, changing priorities and economic cycles. That experience has reinforced the importance of preparation, honest advice and consistently high standards.
For us, a successful search starts with understanding your business. We want to know your investment strategy, how your team operates and what the person you hire needs to achieve. Their experience matters, alongside their motivation, judgment and ability to contribute within your firm.
Our Go-To-Market approach puts that understanding into practice. We research the relevant market, identify suitable people and approach them directly, including professionals who are not actively considering a move.
All our searches are carried out in-house by our teams in New York and Birmingham, without automation or bots. We take personal responsibility for the research, the conversations and the assessment behind every candidate we introduce.
